Qualifications

• 4+ years of software development or technical support experience.
• Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or CS/Math degree.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to executives and non-technical leaders.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and troubleshooting abilities.
• Experience with scripting or programming in Python, Java, C/C++, Bash, or Perl.
• Experience in an AWS environment (VPC, EC2, S3, SQS, CloudFormation, Lambda).
• Experience with Linux/Unix and SQL databases.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex diagnostics and resolution of critical robotic system issues.
• Deliver timely and accurate solutions through effective ticket handling.
• Lead high-severity incident response with cross-functional collaboration.
• Develop technical documentation, knowledge bases, and SOPs; optimize workflows.
