Autonomique seeks a capable engineer to strengthen the software foundation behind our robots. You will work directly with the founding team to improve teleoperation, data infrastructure, training, deployment, and internal tools, taking ownership from day one.

This role emphasizes production-ready code, low-latency systems, and cross-functional collaboration with robotics, ML, and hardware teams, with equity participation and a path to technical leadership.

Formación

• Education in CS, robotics, EE or related field required.
• 3+ years building software for robotics, embedded or performance-critical environments.
• Expert-level C, C++, or Rust with strong Python skills.
• Experience with robotics, teleoperation, or middleware preferred.
• Familiarity with simulation environments such as MuJoCo, Isaac Sim, Gazebo.

Responsabilidades

• Build Data Infrastructure: design and maintain robot data pipelines from teleop, sensors and deployments.
• Support AI Training: turn raw data into clean datasets for model training and evaluation.
• Strengthen Core Robotics Software: contribute to infrastructure for robot behavior, debugging, testing and deployment.
• Ship Efficient Code: write high-performance code in C/C++ or Rust for low-latency systems.
• Work Across the Stack: collaborate with robotics, ML and hardware engineers to speed development loop.
• Improve Simulation Workflows: connect simulation environments to real robot workflows for testing and iteration.
