Job summary

CM2 Supply, Inc. is seeking an automation professional responsible for programming, troubleshooting, and preparing automation systems to customer specifications. The role includes teaching customers, maintaining, servicing, and repairing systems as needed.

Responsibilities include ensuring safe, efficient installations, field repairs with urgency, and strong customer interactions. Travel, training delivery, and documentation are key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

  • Associates degree in robotics, robot programming or automation preferred.
  • 3-5 years experience in automation preferred.
  • FANUC Robotics experience preferred.
  • Hands-on experience using 3D CAD software.
  • Welding knowledge and/or experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the safe, efficient, and courteous completion of installations and service.
  • System installed to spec and repairs in field with timely attention when needed.
  • Maintain detailed documentation and backups for each service call or install.
  • Present training on new technologies and be open to continuous changes.
  • Be the face of CM2 to customers and uphold CM2 culture and values.
