Job summary

Intuitive Surgical in Flint, MI seeks a Clinical Sales Representative to maximize utilization of the da Vinci Surgical System in the local territory. The role focuses on clinical selling to hospitals and surgeons, requiring travel and strong collaboration with clinical teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience including 2+ years in healthcare sales.
• Ability to travel up to 25%, and work nights and weekends as needed.
• Proven record of success in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with Clinical Sales Manager to develop a sales strategy to drive robot utilization.
• Manage surgical teams through training sessions, OR integration and da Vinci® Surgery applications.
• Be a Vinci® Surgery resource across all primary surgical specialties.
• Support regional Sales and Marketing events to drive system awareness and procedure adoption.
• Develop a da Vinci® Surgery plan for each surgical team to ensure unsupervised use.
• Drive expansion of the user base by engaging with KOLs.
• Drive sales of instruments and accessories.
• Manage administrative tasks; sales activities and expense reporting.
