Qualifications

• Must hold CSA/LSA/RNFA/PA-C/NP licensure.
• Previous surgical experience as a First Assistant.
• Willing to work at multiple locations and be on call.

Responsibilities

• Acts as First Assistant or Second Assistant to surgeon during procedures in various specialties.
• Performs procedures as directed by supervising physician and maintains documentation for billing.
• Shares on‑call responsibilities with the team.
• Follows policies and protocols and maintains professional behavior aligned with company values.
