Responsibilities

• Acts as First Assistant or Second Assistant to surgeon during procedures, performing complex techniques as directed.
• Documents procedures for accurate billing and processes patient face sheets.
• Shares on-call responsibilities with the team as directed by team leader.
• Maintains adherence to policies and protocols and ensures orders are countersigned by physician.
• Supports team and participates in various surgical specialties including robotics.
