Job summary

INSPYR Solutions is seeking a Technical Product Manager for Robotics Solutions in Houston. The role defines product strategy, operational workflows, and technical requirements for robotic drilling solutions, acting as the bridge between drilling operations, engineering, and customers.

You will develop automated workflows, evaluate technologies, and translate business objectives into actionable engineering tasks while partnering with controls, software, and service teams to deliver customer value

Qualifications

The candidate should have a bachelor’s or higher in a technical field and a strong background in product management for complex robotics systems.
Experience translating operational needs into engineering or software requirements for automation projects.
Proven ability to manage cross-disciplinary teams and coordinate with vendors and customers.

Responsibilities

Define the product strategy and roadmap for robotic drilling solutions.
Develop automation concepts and translate business objectives into engineering requirements.
Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, and customers to validate workflows and deliverables.
Lead cross-functional teams and manage project schedules, risks, and milestones.
Evaluate technology options and manage vendor and partner relationships.
