Edison Smart® in Pittsburgh is seeking a Robotics Applications Engineer to help customers deploy robotic systems in real-world environments. You will configure hardware and software, test integrations, and document results to support scalable deployments.

You’ll work closely with engineering teams and partners, translating feedback into actionable improvements, and you’ll contribute to product direction by shaping features for embedded platforms.

Qualificações

• Experience in robotics and embedded software development.
• Proficiency with C++ and Python in real-time or embedded environments.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and customers.

Responsabilidades

• Work directly with customers to understand platforms, requirements, and integration challenges.
• Configure and customise hardware and software to meet customer needs.
• Collaborate with customers to test, validate, and qualify robotic systems.
• Develop technical documentation and training materials for partners and test leads.
• Communicate feedback to internal engineering teams to shape future product development.
