LPU Batangas in Durham, NC seeks a Robotics Software Engineer to expand its autonomous robot framework and maintain existing systems. You will travel for deployment visits to participants' homes and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

Applicants should have robotics degree, hands-on experience, ROS2 knowledge, and proven large-scale robotics software development capabilities. Field deployment experience is a plus.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in robotics or a related discipline.
• Prior experience with robotics.
• Knowledge of ROS2.
• Experience in large scale robot software development.
• Preferred: Some field deployment experience.

Mansioni

• Write new code to expand the existing software framework for autonomous robots.
• Maintain current software systems.
• Make deployment visits to participants' homes.
• Troubleshoot the robotic system as needed.
• Collect and analyze data for dissemination.
