Job summary

Intuitive Surgical in the United States is seeking a senior software leader to drive development, localization, and launch of robotic platforms in China, bridging ISI and JV teams. Qualifications

Minimum 12 years of experience with a BS in Computer Science; MS/PhD preferred.
Experience leading cross-functional teams in medical device software.
Experience with design verification, validation, and regulatory submissions (FDA or regional).

Responsibilities

Take on projects with broad technical scopes across robotic platform product lines.
Contribute technically to product launch in China, including design inputs and testing.
Coach and develop staff in a fast-paced environment.
Coordinate interfaces across software, clinical engineering, design, and regulatory.
Scope resources and communicate to minimize risk and ensure on-time delivery.
Serve as the point-of-contact between ISI and JV leadership.
