Job summary

Pickle Robot Company is seeking a Simulation Software Engineer to support and scale our robotics simulation infrastructure and enable teams to develop, test, and validate robotic systems using Isaac Sim.

You will own the development of simulation tooling, APIs, and automated testing workflows, set up cloud-based environments, and integrate simulation into CI/CD pipelines to help engineering teams move faster and build robust autonomous robots in production.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of experience in robotics, simulation, or software engineering.
• Hands‑on experience with Isaac Sim (strongly preferred).
• Experience with simulation environments and robotics systems.
• Strong programming skills (Python preferred).
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and environment setup.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain simulation environments using Isaac Sim
• Set up and manage simulation infrastructure, including cloud-based environments
• Build tools, APIs, and workflows to support automated testing and validation
• Collaborate with software and testing teams to integrate simulation into development pipelines
• Improve usability and scalability of simulation systems across engineering teams
• Support feature development and internal tooling for simulation users
• Contribute to CI/CD workflows and automation related to simulation systems
