Job summary

Noble Machines is seeking a Robotics Software Engineer focused on simulation to build and own the virtual environments used for training, validation, and testing of our robotic platforms. You will create high-fidelity simulations that reproduce deployment conditions and enable rapid iteration without hardware experiments.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in robotics, strong C++17+/Python skills, and hands-on experience with ROS 2 and simulation tools.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in robotics or distributed software development.
• Proficient in C++17+ and Python; ROS 2 experience.
• Experience with simulation tools (Isaac Sim, Gazebo, Mujoco).
• Able to build modular, distributed software and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain simulation workflows for validation and testing.
• Create high-fidelity simulation environments and digital twins.
• Collaborate with hardware and autonomy teams to deliver field-ready systems.
