NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Manager for Robotics Quality Assurance to lead the QA for our robotics software and hardware stack. You will define the test strategy, build scalable automated testing, and ensure robust validation across real hardware and virtual simulations.

The role requires leadership of a team and collaboration with hardware, software, and product partners to deliver reliable, safe robotic systems.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in Hardware Engineering with robotics QA
• 5+ years leading a team
• Experience with ML and robotics models testing/training
• Strong problem solving and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Define and drive test engineering strategy for robotics products.
• Deliver test automation for on-robot hardware and embedded software.
• Architect tests for AI foundation models focusing on performance, safety, reliability.
• Build test infrastructure for simulation/digital twins (Isaac Sim/Lab).
• Oversee test automation for the Robotics Software Stack (Isaac ROS).
• Lead design of test scenarios bridging sim-to-real.
