Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation is seeking a senior technical leader to own the engineering loop between physical robots and simulation. You will determine why simulated and real behavior differ, build systems to measure and model that difference, and drive improvements for robotics partners and developers.

This is a hands-on individual-contributor leadership role, not a people-management position. You will write production software in C++ and Python, run physical experiments, and guide multi-functional

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant experience.
• A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Robotics, Controls, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Physics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own sim-to-real and real-to-sim function, including experiment design and data capture.
• Build production-quality C++ and Python software for measurement, modeling, and regression testing.
• Lead multidisciplinary contributors through influence and durable workflows.
• Establish quantitative metrics and experiments to isolate causes of simulation error.
