Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering.
• 2+ years in robotic/automated material movement systems.
• 2+ years as an engineer in highly automated environments.
• Experience with automated storage and retrieval systems, warehouse controls, and AMRs/AGVs.
• Authorized to work in the United States full-time; no visa sponsorship.
• Knowledge of PLC/HMI/MES integration with Rockwell Studio5000 and FactoryTalk SE.
• Experience with Fanuc programming, Cognex Vision, 3DV, Visual Components.

Responsibilities

• Design robotic and material movement systems with Robotics Platform Owner.
• Lead cross-site efforts to integrate robotics across manufacturing sites.
• Oversee FAT/SAT activities with vendors.
• Develop robotics PLC programming capabilities to troubleshoot issues.
• Review site documentation for deployed engineering systems.
• Mentor engineers in robotics deployment and usage.
• Support design and deployment of material movement solutions.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and quality best practices.
• Travel domestically and internationally as required (up to 50%).
