Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with English-language communication (written and verbal).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for long shifts.
• Experience in high-volume manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, test, and package products per instructions.
• Maintain shipping, receiving, and material tracking for manufacturing.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and quality.
• Operate power industrial equipment and pallet jacks as needed.
