Job summary

Apptronik is seeking a hands-on Manager to build and lead the Production Engineering team responsible for turning humanoid subsystems into field-ready robots. You will own on-site deployment, FAT acceptance, and cross-disciplinary coordination with software support, site reliability, and hardware configuration engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant technical field.
• 5+ years engineering leadership or lead experience.
• Demonstrated on-site deployment and commissioning of complex systems.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and customers.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and grow the Production Engineering team across software and hardware disciplines.
• Own the end-to-end last-mile deployment and FAT at customer sites.
• Champion on-site deployment, bring-up, and commissioning for internal and external customers.
• Establish standards, tooling, and on-call practices for fleet reliability.
• Own centralized deployment and observability across the fleet.
• Set technical direction for provisioning, configuration, networking, and tooling.
