Apptronik is a human-centered robotics company building AI-powered humanoid robots for manufacturing and logistics, with Apollo at the core. We seek a Staff Integration Engineer to own end-to-end integration, on-site deployment, and reliability of our robots at Robot Park and customer sites.

You will work hands-on across robot operations, networking, and fleet tooling—driving root-cause analysis with development teams and hardening bring-up and provisioning for a growing fleet in real-world

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software/robotics, or 4+ years in humanoid/teleoperation.
• On-site deployment experience and field readiness.
• Bachelor's or Master’s in CS/CE/Robotics required.
• Strong debugging and root-cause analysis abilities.
• Excellent communication to leadership and customers.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Integration: own integration of humanoid subsystems on-site.
• Innovation & New Development: lead dev of new software/hardware capabilities.
• System Support & Uptime: provide software support and preventative maintenance.
• Root Cause Analysis: lead RCA with software and field teams.
• Provisioning & Automation: harden provisioning, Ansible-based workflows.
• Networking & Streaming: manage low-latency networks and streaming pipelines.
• Field Tooling & Observability: build telemetry and tooling for fleet visibility.
• On-Site Deployment: travel to customer sites for deployments and training.
