Job summary

Faraday Future Inc. in El Segundo is seeking a Product Manager within the Product Department to define next-generation robotics solutions for industrial and logistics applications, and to drive development from concept validation through mass production and commercialization.

You will lead cross-functional teams across algorithm, software, and hardware, own the product lifecycle, and collaborate with sales, customers, and R&D to ensure timely delivery, profitability, and competitive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in mechanical, automation, CS, logistics engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in product management or solutions architecture, robotics/industrial automation experience.
• Familiarity with warehousing, logistics, AGV/AMR, WMS integrations.
• Strong requirements analysis, documentation, and cross-functional communication.
• Experience with agile development; able to drive complex projects to completion.

Responsibilities

• Define next-generation robotics solutions for industrial and logistics: dive deep into warehousing, sorting, material handling, and production-line logistics scenarios.
• Lead solution architecture design: collaborate across robot platforms, fleet management, and WMS/ERP integration.
• Drive product development planning and execution with milestones and cross-functional coordination.
• Conduct market and competitive research; build business cases and product strategies.
• Bridge Sales, customers and R&D; support pre-sales solutioning and customer demos.
• Own full product lifecycle management; iterate based on feedback to sustain competitiveness and profitability.
• Support ecosystem development and end-to-end business execution with a focus on growth and revenue.
