Job summary

Noble Machines is seeking a hands-on Product Lead for Moby, our general‑purpose robot. You will set the roadmap, define specs, and work daily with AI, software, hardware engineers, and field teams to ensure rapid, real‑world deployment from day one.

You’ll visit customer sites, translate field conditions into clear requirements, and measure performance with defined targets. This role requires onsite work in Sunnyvale and regular customer site travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management or mix of product and engineering with ownership of a technical hardware/software product.
• Sufficient technical depth to engage with robotics, AI and hardware engineers and push back on dubious estimates.
• Track record of writing product requirements, acceptance criteria and validation plans.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for robot capabilities and deployment tooling from scoping to release.
• Turn field reality into requirements by visiting sites and translating conditions into measurable targets.
• Write specs that engineers build against with clear acceptance criteria and validation plans.
• Collaborate across AI, software and hardware to balance learning, capability and customer needs.
• Define deployment paths from site assessment to handoff with repeatable internal tooling.
• Partner with field operations on onboarding, training and site documentation.
• Define and track success metrics to guide prioritization and roadmap decisions.
• Represent the product to customers and prospects and feed feedback into the roadmap.
