Job summary

SharkNinja is seeking a Manager, Product Development — Shark Robots in Needham, MA (onsite). You will lead a team responsible for the next generation of Shark robots, owning the global roadmap from concept to shelf and partnering with multiple teams to deliver 5-star experiences.

You will define specs, set performance targets, and collaborate with engineering, marketing, and supply chain to bring products to market. A strong consumer-first mindset and 5+ years in related roles are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product development, product marketing, human factors, or related field; consumer goods preferred.
• Experience hiring, managing, and setting goals for a team.
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in business, marketing, management, or engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own new product development from brainstorm to mass production and shape category direction.
• Lead, coach, and grow a team of product developers; set goals and career paths.
• Define product specs at the intersection of consumer needs, market gaps, and flagship technology.
• Set design targets for performance and user experience; guide cross-functional teams.
• Partner with Insights & Intelligence for consumer testing and iterate designs.
• Collaborate with testing/quality teams to define performance standards.
• Shape cost structure and sourcing strategy with supply chain and planning.
• Develop go-to-market collateral and post-purchase support content.
• Serve as category expert and drive high-visibility initiatives.
