Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Senior Principal Technical Program Manager for Robotics in the United States. This senior individual-contributor role will drive execution of robotics platforms, control plane, and data center robotics programs across OCI and enterprise workflows.

You will collaborate with Applied Science, Engineering, Hardware, Operations, Security, customers, and executives to translate strategy into executable programs with measurable business value. Travel is as-needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Technical Program Management or equivalent leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, robotics, and hardware/software co-development.
• Experience leading cross-organizational technical initiatives independently.
• Proven ability to communicate program status, risks, and tradeoffs to VP/SVP leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year program roadmaps, priorities, milestones, and dependencies for robotics and OCI initiatives.
• Lead cross-organizational execution across robotics control plane, AI platform, hardware, data center robotics, and workflows.
• Establish governance, KPI, and reporting rhythms for executive stakeholders.
• Drive launch readiness and production rollout for robotics capabilities.
• Coordinate simulation, lab validation, and field deployment plans.
