Oracle is seeking a Senior Principal Technical Program Manager for Robotics in the United States. This senior individual-contributor role will drive execution of robotics platforms, control plane, and data center robotics programs across OCI and enterprise workflows.

You will collaborate with Applied Science, Engineering, Hardware, Operations, Security, customers, and executives to translate strategy into executable programs with measurable business value. Travel is as-needed.

Join us at Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) as we seek a Senior Principal Technical Program Manager for Robotics to lead execution of the robotics platform, control plane, and data center robotics programs that enable autonomous systems to operate reliably across OCI and enterprise workflows.

This is a senior individual-contributor role for a technically deep TPM who can operate from executive strategy to execution detail. You will own business-critical programs spanning robotics platform infrastructure, fleet operations, simulation, hardware integration, and AI feedback loops in support of multiple domain and use cases for Physical AI & Robotics.

You will work closely with Applied Science, Engineering, Hardware, Operations, Security, customers, and executive leadership to translate strategy into executable programs and measurable business value.

What You'll Do

Define and drive multi-year program roadmaps, investment priorities, milestones, and dependencies for robotics and OCI robotics initiatives.

Lead cross-organizational execution across the Robotics Control Plane, AI platform, hardware, data center robotics, and workflow integration programs.

Build strong partnerships with engineering, science, operations, and vendors to resolve issues and keep programs on track.

Establish governance, KPI, and reporting rhythms for executive stakeholders.

Drive launch readiness, operational readiness, risk mitigation, and production rollout for robotics capabilities.

Coordinate simulation, lab validation, and field deployment plans across OCI data center use cases.

Manage program-level issues, tradeoffs, and escalation paths across software, hardware, safety, security, and compliance.

Partner with Applied Science and Engineering to define requirements, evaluation metrics, and production-readiness criteria for robotics systems.

Enable vendor and partner integration for robotic hardware, firmware lifecycle, and fleet maintenance.

Influence across teams without formal authority and mentor other TPMs.

Qualifications

BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, Robotics, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.

10+ years of Technical Program Management or equivalent technical leadership experience.

Demonstrated success delivering complex cloud, infrastructure, robotics, AI, or data center programs.

Experience leading cross-organizational technical initiatives independently.

Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, robotics, and hardware/software co-development.

Experience partnering with scientists and engineers to productize probabilistic or nondeterministic systems.

Proven ability to communicate program status, risks, and tradeoffs to VP and SVP leadership.

Strong customer, analytical, written, and executive-presentation skills.

This job involves travel on an as-needed basis.

– Leads specialized, advanced problem-solving efforts, serving as an escalation point for complex issues. Guides others to leverage innovative data-driven techniques to address ambiguous or novel issues, identify root causes, and drives the implementation of solutions that prevent future issues.

– Leverages deep industry knowledge and expertise to serve as a thought leader within the organization. Contributes to the advancement of the field or industry through thought leadership (e.g., conference presentations, white papers, research contributions). Maintains and evolves expertise in relevant areas by proactively monitoring emerging trends, technologies, and industry standards, ensuring the organization remains current with best practices. Champions continuous learning and knowledge sharing, promoting professional development across teams. Applies new knowledge to drive advancement and mentors others to do the same.

– Develops innovative solutions and drives the implementation of ideas that increase the efficiency and effectiveness of processes, protocols, and workflows across the organization. Evaluates effectiveness of updated approaches and methods for continued improvement to enhance efficiencies and ensure changes align with organizational goals. Designs and develops metrics to measure success of improvement initiatives.

Performance and Development:

– Serves as a subject matter expert regarding talent needs and organizational talent strategy. Impart leadership and expert knowledge throughout the talent development pipeline including candidate interviews, candidate assessment, and hiring decisions, ensuring alignment with organizational talent strategy.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $116,600 to $264,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
