Job summary

FabCorp/Hammonds is seeking a Robot Operator to load and unload parts for production robots and assist with jig changes. The role requires operating start boxes, inspecting parts, and maintaining a clean work area while following supervisor directions.

Applicants should be capable of general equipment maintenance, safety compliance, and punctual attendance. On-the-job training will be provided for all duties, with physical tasks including lifting up to 40 pounds and frequent movement.

Responsibilities

• Loads and unloads parts in jigs for production robots.
• Helps set up jigs for job changes.
• Uses start boxes to generate program start/stop.
• Visually inspects parts per sample and per supervisor.
• Follows supervisor directions.
• Performs general daily maintenance on equipment.
• Operates forklifts.
• Upkeep and cleanliness of work areas.
• Follow company safety & security guidelines.
• Attendance and punctuality are essential functions of this job.
• Other duties as needed.
