Job summary

Intrinsic is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to drive operational excellence through our software tools and infrastructure. You will develop processes to support the marketing and communications goals of the organization and collaborate with Sales, Finance and Legal to map end-to-end workflows.

The role requires about 5 years in operational roles, experience with marketing platforms (HubSpot, Webflow) and Salesforce, plus data engineering and analytics.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Technology enablement: Select and implement tools across the business lifecycle and document system interactions.
• Process design: Translate business needs into functional specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Planning & budgeting: Define goals for systems and tooling, set timelines and manage the budget.
• Contracting & Procurement: Lead procurement, implementation and integration of new technologies.
• Collaborate: Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, Operations to define future-state workflows and metrics.
• Reporting & Insights: Translate data from business systems into a cohesive narrative.
