Virtual Incision is seeking a Manufacturing Assembly Technician to join the Lincoln, NE facility. You will assemble and test robotic surgical components, perform calibrations and software updates, and ensure documentation and quality standards are met.

The role requires strong manual dexterity, attention to detail, and collaboration with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams. The ideal candidate has an Associate's degree in a technical field, hands-on experience with precision assembly,

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree in engineering technology or related field.
• Experience assembling small, precision components with detailed work instructions.
• Experience with soldering; certification preferred.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and specs; proficient with metrology tools.

Aufgaben

• Assemble, test, troubleshoot, repair, calibrate, and update medical devices per procedures.
• Perform software updates and verify product functionality.
• Conduct rework/repair incl. soldering, cable crimping, alignment adjustments.
• Maintain production documentation (LHRs, DHRs, quality records).
• Support engineering with testing, data collection, and DOE activities.
• Identify nonconforming products and assist with failure analysis and disposition.
