Job summary

Insight Global seeks a Mechatronics & Robotics Technician to support the Operations Maintenance team by maintaining, repairing, and installing material handling and automated packaging systems throughout the facility. Emphasis on preventative maintenance, troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems, and mentoring junior technicians.

Qualifications include CMMS experience, blueprints/electrical schematics literacy, and 2+ years in related roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years repairing material handling equipment (MHE) or automated conveyor systems.
• 2+ years of predictive and preventative maintenance.
• 1+ year reading blueprints and electrical schematics.
• 1+ year hands-on knowledge of electrical and electronic principles.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, and install material handling equipment and automated packaging systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems.
• Mentor junior technicians and support safe warehouse operations.
• Collaborate with operations to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
