Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Mechatronics & Robotics Technician to support the Operations Maintenance team in maintaining, repairing, and installing material handling and automated packaging equipment across the facility. You will focus on preventive maintenance, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems, mentor junior technicians, and ensure safe, efficient warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years repairing material handling equipment (MHE) or automated conveyor systems and controls.
• 2+ years performing predictive and preventative maintenance.
• 1+ year reading blueprints and electrical schematics.
• 1+ year knowledge of electrical and electronic principles.
• Experience using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
• Ability to work flexible schedules and shifts.
• Associate’s degree or higher from a vocational school or college in Mechanical or Electrical field.
• Experience working with MHE safety standards per OEM and safety regulations.
• Experience with robotic operation and maintenance.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic input/output (I/O) functions.
