The role blends hands-on design, problem solving, and customer collaboration to deliver automation on the production floor. You will work on robotics, end-of-arm tooling, vision systems, and CAD tasks, contributing to safe, reliable, and economical manufacturing solutions while participating in design reviews and

Qualifications

• 2-year+ technical degree or equivalent training/experience.
• Competence with applied physics, geometry, algebra and basic trig.
• CAD experience is required.
• Approx. 2+ years in automation, manufacturing or related areas.
• Strong problem-solving and clear communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and test mechanical/robotic solutions on the production floor.
• Collaborate on problem statements, design reviews, and feedback rounds.
• Develop automation concepts and integrate with production staff.
• Assist in CAD design and modification of fixtures/tools as needed.
