Job summary

The Advance Group is hiring an Engineering Maintenance Technician in Perrysburg, Ohio, with a strong mechanical background and hands-on repair experience. You will work with robotic production cells, use a range of hand and power tools, and troubleshoot issues to maintain steady production flow.

Shift is Monday–Friday, 8am–4:30pm, with potential overtime. Pay is $23 per hour, and the role requires steel-toe boots, high attention to detail, and reliability.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience using hand tools, including torque wrenches.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot machinery.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, change over, and repair robotic production cells.
• Use hand and power tools to maintain tooling on robotic machines.
• Perform equipment repairs to maintain production flow.
• Set up and adjust tooling and replace machine attachments as needed.
• Read work orders and blueprints to set up machinery.
• Troubleshoot tooling, equipment, and process issues.
• Help implement system and process improvements to achieve production goals.
• Lift and move parts weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Operate forklifts safely (training provided) if needed.
