ARIX Technologies seeks a hands-on Mechanical Engineer to join a collaborative engineering team developing pipe inspection robots and related CAD models. You will design, test, and refine mechanical components, perform FEA, and document drawings and BOMs for prototypes.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential for cross-functional collaboration. Candidates should have experience with electromechanical systems, metal/plastic/composite materials, and a BS in Mechanical

Formación

• BS degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar field.
• 3+ years of mechanical engineering experience.
• Experience with CAD and large assemblies.
• Experience with FEA and linear stress analysis.
• Experience designing for manufacturability, reliability, serviceability, and usability.

Responsabilidades

• Work in a collaborative engineering team to help develop pipe inspection robots.
• Design, build, and test mechanical components and assemblies for prototypes.
• Revise components for reliability, manufacturability, serviceability, and usability.
• Support updating CAD drawings and BOM packages.
• Design and execute stress tests for robots under different conditions.
• Perform Failure Mode and Effects Analysis to predict failures.
• Conduct root cause analysis after failures.
