Advanced Construction Robotics, Inc. in Allison Park, PA is seeking a full-time Mechanical Engineer to design, implement, and test new mechanical components for our autonomous robot construction fleets.

You will join a team pushing the boundaries of site robotics and bringing prototypes to real job sites. You will design, analyze, and test mechanical systems, collaborate with peers, and support field robot fleets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience or a master's degree in a related field.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks.
• Knowledge of basic machining or fabrication.
• FEA simulation and analysis.
• Structural Design.
• Design for Manufacture and Assembly.
• Mobile robotics and manipulation.
• US work authorization, no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and test new mechanical components for autonomous robot construction fleets.
• Design, analyze, and test mechanical systems and improvements.
• Help design large construction machines and test robots on real job sites.
• Participate in engineering peer reviews and support field robot fleets.
