Job summary

Robopgh in Pittsburgh is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to develop reliable robotic and automation systems. The role involves engineering tasks across the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept to field support.

You will work with a collaborative team on a variety of projects including designing stereo cameras and wheeled vehicles. The position offers comprehensive health coverage and 31 days of PTO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, preferably in mechanical engineering.
• Strong ability with CAD tools (SolidWorks preferred).
• Solid background in engineering analysis including bearing life and motor loads.

Responsibilities

• Performing engineering tasks across the whole product lifecycle.
• Developing requirements with customers and peers.
• Modelling parts and assemblies in CAD.
• Identifying mechanical risks in design.
• Collaboration with various engineering teams.
