Job summary

Halodi Robotics in San Carlos is looking for a Material Handler who will ensure the physical flow of materials to keep NEO production on schedule. You will maintain inventory accuracy and support logistics to prevent production delays.

The ideal candidate has warehouse experience, can operate forklifts, and is reliable. You must perform physical tasks while maintaining a safety mindset. This position offers competitive pay from $25.00/hr to $30.00/hr plus equity and includes comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, or materials handling.
• Hands-on experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Comfortable using scanners, labels, and shipping documentation.
• Able to perform physical work, including lifting and moving materials.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory accuracy at or above 99%.
• Keep production lines continuously supplied—zero stoppages.
• Process inbound, outbound, and internal transfers with complete documentation.
• Ensure safety and organization of the work area.
