Job summary

Persimmon Technologies, based in Bedford, MA, seeks an experienced assembler/test technician for on-site role. You will perform moderately complex assembly and testing with limited supervision, troubleshoot routine issues, and contribute to incremental process improvements.

Qualified candidates have 5+ years in Electrical/Electronic/Semiconductor fields, can read drawings in English, and are proficient with ERP/MES systems.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years in Electrical/Electronic/Semiconductor or relevant industry.
Good attention to detail, accountability for workspace, and 6S adherence.
Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Responsibilities

Perform moderately complex assembly and testing with limited supervision.
Troubleshoot routine issues and contribute to process improvements.
Read simple drawings and work instructions in English.
Train Technician I employees and provide feedback on documentation.
Maintain production schedules and priorities.
