Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of direct experience in semiconductor equipment manufacturing or high-precision robotics.
• Associate’s degree is a plus.
• Expertise in helium leak detection and vacuum integrity.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling software (SolidWorks/Composer) for assembly visualization.
• Advanced skill with multi-meters, oscilloscopes, torque programs, and precision alignment tools.
• Leadership experience coaching small teams or managing technical projects.

Responsibilities

• System Integration & Authority: Lead assembly and calibration of high-load robotic systems and vacuum tools to ATPs.
• Advanced Diagnostics: Perform root-cause analysis on electrical, pneumatic, and vacuum systems.
• Process Ownership: Collaborate to refine SOPs, 5S and Lean initiatives to optimize cycles.
• Mentorship: Technical lead for staff; certify teams on specialized equipment.
• Quality & Shipping: Conduct pre-Quality audits ensuring assemblies meet requirements.
• Copy Exact: Partner with Manufacturing Engineer for Copy Exact compliance on the floor.
