You will lead a team of assembly technicians and manufacturing engineers, own build execution against schedule, and scale new hardware platforms into production. The role emphasizes developing processes, fixtures, and controlled work instructions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in manufacturing or NPI engineering for complex electromechanical hardware.
• Experience taking a prototype into repeatable production.
• Ownership of work instructions and build documentation under revision control.

Responsibilities

• Deliver units against schedule with attention to part availability and build flow.
• Lead and develop assembly technicians and manufacturing engineers.
• Reduce build hours via process design, fixturing, and better documentation for high-mix, high-complexity assemblies.
• Convert new hardware from engineering release into producible builds and feed manufacturability feedback to design.
• Stand up required processes and fixtures for each new platform.
• Maintain current work instructions and build documentation as designs change.
• Own BOM and production data layer when applicable.
