Qualifications
Hands-on experience in assembly manufacturing environments.
Proven track record launching new products into production.
Experience in large-scale manufacturing operations.
Experience working in a startup or fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
Familiarity with machine shops and metal fabrication processes.
Experience with ERP/MES systems (e.g., NetSuite or similar).
Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for robot assembly and production.
Drive knowledge transfer from product design into manufacturing, ensuring designs are production-ready.
Create clear work instructions and train production associates on robot build processes.
Partner with Product Design, Supply Chain, and Finance to evaluate and execute make vs. buy decisions.
Identify bottlenecks, improve throughput, and reduce cost and defects across manufacturing operations.
Support new product introduction (NPI) from prototype through full-scale production.
