Job summary

Autokiniton US Holdings, Inc. is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician in Milan, Michigan. This role requires expertise in repairing machinery, understanding schematics, and performing preventative maintenance. Candidates should have at least 3 years of robotic experience, particularly with Motoman or Fanuc, as well as electrical and hydraulics knowledge.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of robotic experience such as Motoman and/or Fanuc.
• Blueprint and electrical reading experience required.
• Hydraulics and pneumatics experience required.
• Automotive manufacturing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and repairs machinery & equipment.
• Read and troubleshoot using electrical and mechanical schematics.
• Install and repair electrical apparatus like transformers and wiring.
• Dismantle defective equipment and install new or repaired parts.
• Set up and operate machine tools to repair or fabricate machine parts.
• Operate cutting torch or welding equipment to cut or join metal parts.
• Fabricate and repair tables, benches, racks, and other metal structures.
• Clean and lubricate shafts, bearings, gears, and other machine parts.
• Perform preventative maintenance on machines & equipment.

Journey worker license preferred
