Job summary

Autokiniton is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to install, service and repair machinery and electrical systems in a stamping and welded assembly plant. You will dismantle defective equipment, install parts, and maintain electrical apparatus up to 480 VAC, including transformers and robotics.

Expertise in welding robotics, Millwright background, and familiarity with FANUC/Motoman/ALLEN BRADLEY is required. Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities are essential to succeed here.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of welding robotics is required.
• Millwright experience is a plus.
• Knowledge in FANUC, Motoman and/or ALLEN BRADLEY is required.
• Ability to interact well with co-workers and promote the Team attitude.
• Knowledge on machines and tools, including designs, uses, repair, and maintenance; design techniques, tools, and principals involved in production of precise technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and recommend solutions.

Responsibilities

Education and/or Experience:

• Trade school certified as an Industrial/Electrician/Millwright or Industrial/Mechanic.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• High school Diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and /or training; or equivalent combination of education or experience.
• Journeyman’s Card (Preferred)

Language Skills:

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
