Candidates should have at least 3 years of robotic experience, particularly with Motoman or Fanuc, as well as electrical and hydraulics knowledge.

Maintenance Technician

This full-time, hourly role is a part of our Maintenance team and reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and Manager.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and repairs machinery & equipment
• Ability to read and troubleshoot using electrical and mechanical schematics
• Install and repairs electrical apparatus, such as transformers, wiring and electrical/electronic components
• Dismantle defective equipment and install new or repaired parts
• Set-up and operate machine tools such as lathe, mill, grinder, and drill to repair or fabricate machine parts, jigs, fixtures, and tools
• Operate cutting torch or welding equipment to cut or join metal parts
• Fabricate and repair table, benches, racks, and other metal structures
• Clean and lubricate shafts, bearings, gears, and other machine parts
• Perform preventative maintenance on machines & equipment

Pay and Shift Times

• Monday - Friday 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm
• Overtime including weekends may be required and are mandatory
• Pay is based on experience
