Job summary

Diligent Robotics is seeking an Inventory & Maintenance Planner to support its HQ in Austin. You will split your week between planning preventive maintenance for the Moxi fleet and managing the spares depot, ensuring parts, tools, and BOMs are ready for field technicians.

Responsibilities include building work orders, maintaining accurate on-hand counts, coordinating with field techs, and processing returns and RMAs.

Qualifications

2+ years in a storeroom, parts crib, warehouse, inventory control, or maintenance support role.
Hands-on experience with an inventory or work-order system (CMMS, ERP, or WMS).
Able to read a bill of materials and discuss components with a technician.
Strong attention to detail and record-keeping.
Proficient with spreadsheets and written communication (email/Slack).
Physically able to lift up to 50 lb and stand/walk for extended periods.
Authorized to work in the United States and able to work on-site five days a week.

Responsibilities

Maintenance planning (~50%): Maintain PM schedules by robot and site; generate and adjust work orders.
Materials and inventory (~50%): Receive, inspect, put away parts; reconcile with POs; maintain on-hand counts; set min/max levels; kit parts and ship.
Shared responsibilities: Coordinate daily with field technicians and perform other duties as assigned by Tech Ops Manager.
