Qualifications

2+ years working directly with robotic systems in manufacturing or automation.
Background in robotic integration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Familiarity with risk assessments, safety protocols, and industrial standards.
Ability to read/interpret technical drawings, manuals, and schematics.
Willingness to travel up to 40%.

Responsibilities

Installation & Commissioning – Install, configure, and prove out robotic and automated systems to engineering specifications; support on-site startups at customer facilities.
System Support & Maintenance – Execute preventive maintenance, perform repairs, and diagnose issues spanning robots, PLCs, HMIs, and peripheral equipment.
Programming & Optimization – Assist with programming, calibration, cycle-time tuning, and continuous improvement of robotic cells and subsystems.
Documentation, Safety & Collaboration – Record maintenance and troubleshooting steps, update schematics and logs, uphold all safety standards, and partner closely with engineers and project managers.
