Qualifications

• 2–4+ years in robotics integration, autonomy, embedded/systems engineering, or adjacent hardware‑oriented roles.
• Strong programming ability in C++ and shell scripting for Linux workflows.
• Solid experience with Linux (Ubuntu), including building, packaging, and running field systems.
• Comfort with sensor + hardware bring‑up, calibration, time synchronization, and logs.
• Understanding of basic networking concepts and debugging across hardware/software layers.

Responsibilities

• Integrate and validate sensors (LiDAR, cameras, IMU/GNSS) and vehicle hardware.
• Own mission‑critical pieces: state management, health monitoring, diagnostics, logging.
• Work on vehicle communications including CAN bus and basic ECU/firmware touchpoints.
• Build and maintain glue that enables stack operation: drivers, bring‑up scripts, config management.
• Troubleshoot issues across hardware, software, and networking components.
• Profile and optimize real‑time-ish data workloads and improve startup stability.
• Help create integration tests and validation workflows with reproducible tests and log replay.
• Collaborate with perception, localization, controls, and product teams to ship improvements.
• Write documentation for integration procedures and debugging guides.
