Job summary

Victory Preparatory Academy in Commerce City, CO is seeking a Robotics Instructor to lead robotics-focused STEM courses for grades 6–12. You will integrate coding, engineering, and design thinking into hands-on projects and coach the Robotics Team for regional and national competitions.

You'll organize after-school enrichment, maintain lab spaces, and work with school leaders to align the robotics curriculum with academic goals, while advising students on STEM college and career pathways.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM-related field or CTE endorsement.
  • Experience teaching robotics or coaching a competitive robotics team (preferred).
  • Knowledge of coding, circuits, and robotics hardware/software (e.g., VEX, Arduino, Python).
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills.

Salary range: $60,000–$65,000 (based experience)

7 paid personal days annually

Your Day-to-Day

As our Robotics Instructor, you’ll:

  • Teach robotics-focused STEM courses for students in grades 6–12
  • Integrate coding, engineering, and design thinking into engaging, hands-on projects
