Job summary

Victory Preparatory Academy (6–12) is seeking a dedicated Robotics Instructor to teach robotics-focused STEM courses, coach the Robotics Team for regional and national competitions, and expand after-school programs.

The role involves organizing labs and kits, integrating coding and design thinking via VEX, LEGO Mindstorms, Arduino, or similar platforms, and guiding students on STEM college and career paths.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching robotics or coaching a competitive robotics team preferred.
• Knowledge of coding, circuits, and robotics hardware/software (VEX, Arduino, Python).
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Teach robotics-focused STEM courses for grades 6–12.
• Coach and grow the Robotics Team for regional and national competitions.
• Organize after-school robotics enrichment programs, workshops, and clubs.
