Formic is pioneering the way manufacturers deploy robotics – and we're looking for a hands-on, mission-driven Robotics Install & Commissioning Technician to join us on the ground floor of our fast-growing Deployment Team.
The Robotics Install & Commissioning Technician is responsible for supporting internal system integration of our robotic systems from requirements to deployment and commissioning--including fabrication, coding, configuration, pre-installation, in-house validation, and install and commissioning at customer sites. This is a hands-on, highly collaborative role where you'll gain experience with diverse robotic deployments end-to-end.
You will partner closely with Formic Deployment, Production Optimization, and Software Engineering teams to deliver on-schedule and ensure a world-class customer experience. You'll play an integral role in making fast-turn, high-caliber automation possible for our customers through our Robots-as-a-Service model. "Wearing many hats" in a startup environment, you may also support new product development, testing, and troubleshooting as needed. As an early hire on a startup team, you'll have a direct, visible impact on our success and our customers – while building your own career as well.
