Job summary

Meta is seeking a highly experienced engineer for the Production Services Automation Team within the Infra Data Center organization. You will conceive, develop and launch tools to support network deployment, maintenance, and scale of data center and edge infrastructure, driving automation through Robotics.

You will lead cross-functional efforts, mentor engineers, and collaborate with internal teams to implement scalable, high-performance software solutions, while adhering to responsible AI

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant technical field.
Experience with Web technologies (JS, React, HTML, CSS).
Experience debugging issues, benchmarking performance, and automated testing.
Proven experience translating business requirements into software requirements and explaining system design.
Experience evaluating technologies based on project requirements, trade-offs, and scalability needs.
Knowledge of frontend and fullstack architecture designs.
10+ years of experience building software for robotics/enterprise infrastructure.
Experience with fullstack development (Hack/PHP, GraphQL, SQL) and AI talent development.
Knowledge of Robotics applications and products toward software development.

Responsibilities

Drive requirements with Robotics and partner teams to align internal tooling efforts.
Design, build, and maintain internal fullstack tools for Robotics programs affecting network design, planning, deployment and operation.
Architect efficient and reusable fullstack systems for Robotics applications.
Collaborate with engineering teams to implement, verify and iterate on internal customer-facing products; resolve performance and UI scalability issues.
Scale and optimize network capacity by developing software solutions bringing automation to data centers.
Identify gaps, plan execution, and drive cross-team projects in a matrixed environment.
Lead and mentor engineers within and outside the team; deliver automation solutions for challenges.
Help team move faster by addressing blockers and driving changes.
