Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of direct experience in wire harness fabrication and assembly.
• Proven ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams.
• Strong soldering skills and troubleshooting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver wire harnesses that meet IPC-620 acceptance criteria.
• Conduct fault isolation testing on completed harnesses.
• Perform on‑bot debugging and rework.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed.
• Work independently and maintain workspace safety.
