Job summary

Amazon Robotics is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead hardware applications development, deployment, and end-to-end lifecycle management for automation systems.

You will coordinate with System and SW Engineering, Deployment, Supply Chain, and field teams, drive program schedules, ensure on-time delivery, and partner with vendors to establish documentation, tests, and cost roadmaps across global fulfilment operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 5+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
• 5+ years of analytical, quantitative, communication, and presentations experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
• Experience in project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management.

Responsibilities

• Own application development and integration with perception, solutions, and workcell teams.
• Drive application design and release tracking across the product lifecycle.
• Development of Functional Requirement Documents for programs based on Product Requirements.
• Partner with vendors on documentation packages, testing, and process development.
• Ensure on time delivery and quality standards are met.
• Lead improvements of robotic systems for scaling in the field.
